Debbie has worked in the professional qualification industry for 21 years in key operational roles, leading teams and implementing processes to maximise efficiencies in service delivery and quality. She joined ICA in 2013 and is responsible for the operational excellence of ICA programmes, ensuring the content is current and delivered to the highest standard, whether the student is studying face to face in the UK or internationally online. She is passionate about people, process and communication which are the backbone to operational success.
